Scott was raised in Kingwood, TX.  In 2001 he graduated from Texas A&M School of Veterinary Medicine and promptly moved to the Kerrville area where he joined the Town and Country Animal Hospital family.  He became a partner in the practice in 2004. Scott is a resident of Hunt, TX with his wife, four sons, and a daughter. He is an avid hunter and fisherman as well as an active member of the community.  Scott attends Notre Dame Catholic Church and is an Assistant Scout Master in BSA Troop 111.  He is a Grand Knight and Fourth degree member of the Knights of Columbus and President of the Kerr County Texas A&M Club.
